If we sign that utter pile of horse dung, forget me going to watch County. One of the worst players I've seen pull on the shirt. Utter crap.

Just texted him, mate, he says Jarkko has confirmed that it's in that newspaper and Fudgie said it's also on the Conference North Facebook page.

and if he's the forward that AL's been tracking for a year and has got the go-ahead from the club financially for -and remembering that cirak boasted about his wages on twitter- it, along with the seemingly impending departure of kyle jacobs, doesn't spring a lot of hope in me for the new season.
too early to be having a proper meltdown, but can't say i'm moist with anticipation.

Just to confirm I'm not saying the deal is happening! But it is true that this paper did report it apparently!

Gavin Browne @gavinbrowne77 22h
here we go: Dennis, Ormson, Duxbury, Todd, Lees, Fagbola, Lofthouse have signed on...
O'Halloran and Churchman have agreed and will sign, Milligan has interest from others, Moses having a scan in groin area
Kyle Jacobs was offered what AL calls a 'significant pacakage' but wants to see if he can test himself at a higher level
Ryan Kendall was a striker AL was tracking but he's gone to Harrogate - still tracking a striker he's wanted for a year
AL: priorities are at both ends of the pitch; wants a keeper who will come in and challenge for a starting spot
AL has asked Stockport county to come up with a financial package to bring in his striker target - they've agreed to go down that road...
AL: Russell Benjamin's in Spain but will hopefully sign for Stockport county on Friday; no fee paid but a sell-on clause is in place
Do I know the name of AL's striker target? Yes. Can I go public? No, it was an off the record conversation.

The striker from Guiseley look good and I think AL rated him.
It comes to something when we can't beat Harrogate Town to sign a player! I got a bit of ribbing about that at work today.
Is this Cirak talk for real? All he did of any note was toe poke the equaliser against Gateshead at the end of last season from yard out! Who know Conf North may be his level.
Harrogate Town released their right back Dwayne Samuels this summer. He's a good player similar to Jacobs. Think he may be getting ideas above his station if he thinks he can step up another level after one season in Conf North level.
Happy with the players who have signed and Dennis in particular I really think he could have a 20+ goal season. O'Halloran and Lees have the potential to be the best centre half pairing in the division.

Trolls come from Scandinavia.
Why don't we wait and see what the final squad looks like. I like Jacobs and his general attitude but I think we're about his level and if he wants more than AL can deliver then goodbye and good luck. He'll be suspended for the first 3 matches anyway.

Having said that, I stand by my comment, Cirak is utter crap, and I will be monumentally disappointed if we sign him again.

Not trying to shoot the messenger, gazza. I'm just not inclined to believe an organ that we know the square root of fa about. For all we know, Cirak's uncle is the proprietor. Never saw Cirak so no view but the rest of the available info indicates that he certainly isn't the immediate AL target. In the unlikely event that he is, and AL has been after him for a year, then you simply have to decide whether you go with your own judgement or with AL.

No, lol, never thought for one minute you were, archie. I genuinely didn't know what you meant with the trolls comment, but as it turns out it was a quality piece of wit on your part. Shrek > troll > cirak rumour > internet troll... Brilliant! Of course you may be right, in fact I bloody hope you are!
