I've just heard that Gary Dicker, now age 34, (one of my favourite ex-County players) has joined Brighton as an over-age U23 squad player with additional coaching responsibilities! Interesting? Maybe he's an indirect replacement for Mr Beard? Good luck to Gary and as the seaside postcards say: "wish you were here"! I really hope there's room on our bench for Dave Conlon alongside the Brighton Threesome; I'm not hopeful ☹️

Nick Donnelly (strength/fitness) has also gone now. Our fitness and lack of non-contact injuries played an important role in our of getting out of PT regional football. Thank you, Nick. "In the short term, consultant Neil Parsley, who has previously worked with the England U21s side, will take on the role of Strength and Conditioning Coach on an interim basis, whilst Jack Hodnett will be stepping up as First Team Analyst whilst a recruitment process for both roles is conducted.
Looks like there'll be a few more jobs available at Brighton soon!
