Just a thought but if MSH is out for 8 weeks as has been suggested that would mean out for the rest of the season because there are only 7 or 8 weeks left.
In which case yes it's good to have Sam Minihan but if he was to get injured who could fill in at RB or RWB ? Maybe Crankshaw could play as RWB?

Collar has played there before so Cannon joining may be a 'round-a-bout' way of covering it, as well as having competition for the Sarcevic-Collar-Croasdale trio.

Looks like all the pieces are in place now.
Funny thing is that if Rusk was still manager and we were hovering around the last play off place he’d probably still be in the job. Fair play to Stott for putting his hand up to the error of appointing him (by sacking him) and (hopefully) telling Simon Wilson to wind his neck in. He’s lucky he didn’t get the boot with Rusk imho and maybe he knows that.

I did think this myself last week when Ceef suggested he may be out for 6-8 weeks and, although I was hoping he'd be back before the end of the season, I honestly don't think we should rush him back now, and instead focus on getting him fit for next season.

No thanks. The award usually follows a lean spell 😕. He probably won't score in April now.

That’s a hell of a reserve team There was a time not so long ago that we were crying out for a FIRST team of that quality, how times have changed, Duds!

Agreed. Some team of quality there. Would have won the league with them last year (given a decent manager to see out the season).

Rydel and Whitfield playing for an hour or so is a very reassuring sign. I suspect that Rydel has been much missed and when we signed Whitfield I thought maybe he'll get 10 or 12 goals for us over a season. Backs up what DC said in his last interview: that they could be playing on Easter Monday. Fingers crossed.

Of the players still in action out on loan, Lois Maynard looks like he'll soon be in a play-off campaign with Solihull, as do Jamie Stott and Tom Walker with Fylde in the NLN, and Millenic Alli at Chorley... if they can stop their poor form. Ethan Pye may be in with a shout for play-off action too as Spennymoor are coming in-form for their final push for a top 7 spot.
Ben Barclay has popped up a couple of times, I believe, in the NL TotW since going out on loan at Yeovil. Yeovil's loss to Aldershot, where Ethan Ross is on loan, was the only win and clean sheet Ross has been part of over there to date.
Good luck to them all.
