This is the ultimate evidence of why football needs fans. Brackley equalised straight after Gateshead’s goal.

Well, following Harrogate's single-goal victory this afternoon, we shall have to try and overcome the Boreham Wood bogey again next term.
Cracking win for Altricham at York in the North Play-off Semis. Hope that Alty can go all the way, and then provide us with a local contest in 2020/21.

Agreed, Ceefs - all the best to Alty. The local rivals it's ok to like - and, goodness knows, it would be nice to have one short trip next term (assuming Macc don't get thrown out of League Two)!

Yes, we always get a good reception at Alty. I remember the total vitriol handed out to our players by Boston fans at our last match there. It was really embarrassing such hatred from their older fans. I got the impression they are probably like that to all visiting clubs. I don't think or late eq ualiser helped though.

And, having worked down there for a couple of years Weymouth to come up too which will give me the perfect opportunity to visit and have something to eat at a very nice Italian on the seafront and consume large amounts of alcoholic beverage with former work colleagues. Although after last time I should probably avoid the cider bar by the harbour .

I don't think or late eq ualiser helped though. we've had a few decent results over there, so you're excused for mixing them up ceef. last time out was a 3-1 county victory, with mulhern notching and that 'karate kick' goal from stephenson that wasn't half as exciting as it sounded, but all three goals scored into the county end in the second half of a midweek game. i think the one with the draw that they all kicked off about was the previous season, then the one before that danny lloyd scored. we got humped once, but the one before that was a draw in which we got battered but still took a point.

Good point ars it was the late equaliser. These matches just fly past and quicki become a 'memory'.
