Starting this off now, in the hope that it may bring luck and ensure that I am back in time for the match.
Right now, our fate is in the hands of a small, rural South-West Wales garage, which, fingers crossed, will be able to make the Macc-mobile well again after it has broken down on us!
Post your match predictions, and new car recommendations, here...

Glad to hear about the motor, Macc.
Big game tomorrow to gauge our progress. We've had some great results recently but this is a great challenge at home to a team above us in the league and who are pushing for a play off spot.
We've also got some new faces that are being integrated into the team, so it will be interesting to see how they get on.
Hopefully the pitch will hold up and I'm going for a tight 2-1 win to the mighty County.

it's pi**ing it down here and i think i might give myself the afternoon off and stay in with jon and pete (or phil staley if i'm particularly unlucky). not been the greatest use of a season ticket, but hey-ho; i knew that i might not be driving for a fair chunk of the season when i bought it...

I think we may come unstuck tomorrow, as previously said they're a good side and we're integrating a few new faces on what is sure to be a horror show of a pitch, a win certainly isn't beyond us, however I'd take a draw!

Just seen the Solihull team bus preparing to depart. Keen readers of my posts will know I live 10 mins (if that) drive from their ground, which is only a 20 minute walk from where my youngest stepson does his Saturday morning football training. As it's been a nice day here in Brum I went for a walk. Did think of saying summat to psyche out their players but then again I thought it might stir them up.
By the way, what do you think would have been a good thing to say to them?

By the way, what do you think would have been a good thing to say to them? You can take it easy up there. We're invariably dire against West Midlands teams!:-)
