Hopefully, the first of two dear to my heart over the coming weeks... The squash team I captain has now completed its winter campaign in second place, and will go up - after being way down the pre-season betting last summer. What has been especially magical about it is playing in the same team as Macc Junior. Such is his rate of improvement, it may be the only year we ever get to do so. But, as a sporting dad and lad, we shall always have 2017/18.  And, yeh, those are County shorts I'm wearing! |
