Litter Pickers and Bonfire Makers. Great turn out from Help the Hatters gang of `usual suspects' yesterday morning at Edgeley Park for the regular Monday clean up after a Saturday match. The team photo is above but this does not include Richard , Broderick and Jim who after putting in a good shift had to head off. Thanks to them and all who showed ! Before the group broke up there was time to nip upstairs and take a look at the excellent work Help the Hatters stallwarts Andy Hackney and Ralph Burgess had done. The duo had set about a major renovation of the upstairs kitchen area. Ralph installed the sink unit, whilst Andy did a terrific job in laying down some brilliant flooring. Both Ralph and Andy deserve our highest praise- thank you both! The EP session finished around 11.30 whereupon some of the group headed off to the Bung, where supplemented by Dave and Graham's help and supervised by John Fitzpatrick, they set about constructing the Community Bonfire which takes place this Friday 3 November from 6 pm. We will hopefully see you at the Bung on Friday then, and at tonight's Business Meeting that starts at 7pm in the County Museum.
