County Museum Open on Match Day 18 November..
Help the Hatters already sorted a County Museum opening on Wednesday this week for County fans, and you are already aware too that ....
Saturday until 5pm the County Museum is again open for any County fans not able to travel to Boston, with an opportunity to listen to the game on the radio, as well as getting a look around our Museum.
Well.....following requests on message boards and elsewhere, Help the Hatters have again acted and can advise that the County Museum will be open to supporters between 11.30 and 12.30 on match day 18 November when County play Chorley. The Museum will have to be vacated promptly at 12.30, to allow normal match day usage to happen.

An Appeal.
In times when young people get a pretty bad press from adults of all ages, at last something to be pleased and proud about....
A group of youngsters from Upper Tier 3 in the Cheadle End have clubbed together to buy materials to enable a number of County flags to be made, to support the team in the rest of the season.
One problem exists...they do not have a sewing machine....can you help....by either lending them one or letting them have an old one you no longer have a use for?
It would be great for the lads....and great for County if someone out there could come up with the goods.
If you can please contact John Fitzpatrick on 07858 723106
Thanks all.

First...The Good News...... Help the Hatters were at the Town Hall last Thursday to receive a Stockport Council `Community Heroes Award' in recognition of their work in the community. Here are a couple of photos from the presentation event.... Next....more good news, as Help the Hatters confirm that before Saturday's game with Chorley Town at Edgeley Park, they will be serving Steak and Onion Barms instead of the usual pies in the Bungalow. And......looking further ahead....before the Spennymoor game on 9 December, Chicken and Stuffing Barms will be on in the Bung. Now the other bit..... With County playing away at Boston last Saturday, Help the Hatters , in response to demand from fans, arranged for the County Museum to be open before and throughout the game for County supporters, who could not make it to Boston, to get a look at the Museum and also listen to the game in comfort. Five Help the Hatters personnel were on duty to assist.... and whilst we are grateful to Edgeley and Shaw Heath Councillor Phillip Harding for turning up and showing great interest in the Museum, only one County fan called in all afternoon, an echo of the situation when Help the Hatters managed to negotiate Museum opening on two occasions last season, when single figures responded despite Cup tickets being on open sale just a few yards away . As previously advertised...... the County Museum , in response to demand from County fans, will again be open ,between 11.30 and 12.30 before County's game with Chorley Town this coming Saturday.
