EPWP 1.....Wednesday at 6
This is a call to all Help the Hatters supporters to note that this coming Wednesday, 24 May 2017, at 6 pm the first of the close seasons Edgeley Park Working Parties will be held.
You are cordially invited to join us for what usually are very valuable sessions ensuring EP is maintained in the manner befitting its history and the level of esteem we all have for the old place!
The emphasis during the close season sessions will, as usual, be heavily weighted towards painting, but for starters this Wednesday we will be sprusing the ground up a touch ,so do bring along a favourite brush( and shovel?) if you can.
Going forward we are indebted once again to George ( CopperDragon on MMB) for coming to our aid with brushes etc.
However.....if you think you have materials that we might use during our labours....let john know at john_gaskin50@hotmail.com

 Clean Up Done..... This morning, from 10, Help the Hatters set about tidying EP up after the Beer Fest. The bulk of the litter was in the Cheadle End and the photo above captures all of the work party barring David who was elsewhere at the time. The Danny stand got some attention also, from Anne, who also missed the photo call, but we thought you would like to see the work that is being done on the problematic goalmouth.... Yes....there 's masses to do before the season starts at EP with the pre season games,and little time etc etc etc...
The painting starts seriously tomorrow night ,at 6 pm, with the Pop Side.

Huge thanks to the thirteen who turned out to lay some grey paint on the Pop Side steps last night.
We really need more to join us next week, either Monday at 10am or Thursday from 6pm for us to build on last night's good efforts!

Big Push Please !
Help the Hatters will again be at Edgeley Park on Thursday from 6pm.
You are cordially invited to join us as we continue painting the old place.
With the pre season approaching, and JG clearly already building a massively good side for the 2017/18 campaign, we are striving to see that EP reflects the on the field excellence James' team will be providing.
We had 13 doing the biz last week, but we need roughly twice that number to make a real impression.
Up for it ?
We hope so, and look forward to welcoming you on Thursday.
