Monday Morning at 10 o'clock.....
Edgeley Park at 10am today, saw the two John's getting the morning work ready for the arriving Help the Hatters volunteers.
This meant slapping the Oxford Blue on the back panels of the Railway End for Angela and Jim.
Also engaged at the Railway End were Rob and Richard
Meanwhile....out of the sun, Anne continued the work done already by herself and sister Jan on the Away Dressing Rooms- which now reflect well on the Club as a host.
Elsewhere David concentrated on the flag poles , whilst Keith finished off the Pop Side
Then it was back to work ,leaving John and Hopsky to scheme and plan Museum stuff.
Oh.....and whilst Help the Hatters were doing their stuff, work continued apace on the playing surface which is looking better by the day!
Thanks to all who turned out today, next session tomorrow( Tuesday ) from 6pm.

On Monday from 10am, and Thursday from 6pm we will be continuing to apply paint.

Just 8 Days To Go....
OK.....massive thanks are due to all who turned out for Help the Hatters last night and today in what is a hectic period for the supporters group with the first home pre- season fixture only 8 days off!
There was an excellent effort made last night with a dozen turning a hand to painting the Cheadle End. It was yellow and also grey ,and much was done.
Anne had been on the premises working since 10 that morning continuing the excellent work she and sister Jan have done in totally transforming the Away Dressing Room into a facility to make us feel proud of our Club and the way we treat visitors!
Anne understandably ducked out about 6 , but was back in today early doors with Jan with a final push.
Also out today was Keith Lee.
Keith has become an energetic worker in the Help the Hatters cause and was busily applying grey paint in LT2.
With home games starting in 8 days time, we now only have 2 WP sessions with which to ensure that the job is done and the Cheadle End in good nick.
Sessions next week follow the usual pattern......
Monday from 10am
Thursday from 6pm
We really do need a big turn out to finish the job, so if you can, please join us at 1 or both of the above sessions- you will be very very welcome!
