I know it’s early days this season but it wouldn’t surprise me if Pep is off next summer. I think there are real issues at Man City and there just doesn’t seem to be the right mentality in the squad.
What a shame.

He's a chequebook manager, gts, I'd take Klopp over him any day of the week!

what a weird week. city getting hammered, united getting smashed at home, and liverpool currently 7-2 down at villa. bizarre. villa have missed plenty of other chances, liverpool dominated periods but couldn't break through, should have had a nailed on penalty, three of villa's goals took massive deflections giving adrian no chance, but the spaniard started the whole thing off with a dreadful pass out.

At least United adhered to the rules and only let 6 in.

I think the title will be won with a relatively low points tally this season, with every team being capable of beating each other and a few more bizarre results such as these to come.

They can do one Duds - they dont see it as a responsibility to help out EFL and Nat League clubs in these difficult times so I have no sympathy at all. . They've invaded one of the cup competitions already and I noticed yesterday PL U23 teams getting beaten by EFL teams. Didn't Harrogate beat Leicester u23's. I feel a petition coming on ;
We could do with a 'boo' 'smiley'....

CRISIS? Are they having a f***ing laugh?
I've got a solution, why not stop putting players on wages that most ordinary folk would see as a decent f***ing lottery win, then you might be more sustainable.
f***ing greedy bastards.

A lifeline and ironically the owner of Stockport Town.

National League's distribution of Government support funding to clubs confirmed - with County, along with six others (all ex-League outfits), benefitting from the highest allocation of £95k per month: www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/54629239
