Were you listening carefully, folks? I slipped in Llanfair PG, the planet Uranus and, right at the end, affividavit. A poor County performance, with Tunji Moses by far the stand out player for us. A surprisingly sparse away following, too. But not much for them to get excited about. An enjoyable activity, co-commentating, but one would have thought that not just Jon should have been brought a cuppa at half time!

Yes a bad tackle from Russell, but the retaliation was unwarranted and the guy deserved to be sent off. I think this was a culmination of County players playing badly and a referee who had no control over the match and awarded free kick after free kick to Worcester and not to County, so it was always going to boil over. IMHO the referee seemed too keen to punish County players. He was not very tall. His pet phrase at corners was 'I'm watching you'...One of our fans comments was 'does your mum know you're here?' which summed it up aptly. Ryan was sent off before chasing own a player. To most of us it didnt appear to be a yellow card, will need to see the match highlights. At least one of their players went down injured, i think looking to get the ref to book our players only for them to get up and run off later as though nothing had happened. We didnt play well again, had 3 or 4 chances; with more acccuracy it could have been 2-2, but yet again we didnt make things count. Respect to Lordy who came across to apologise to the fans at the end of the match. Came out of the ground to find the car and to my horror I thought it had been towed away. Spoke to the police on the next avenue further up the main road and they said they hadnt removed it so I thought it had been stolen.... only to look up and see it further down that avenue. Pure relief..... Worcester played some decent music at half time Specials, Smiths, etc. although I didnt like the music they played afer their second goal. I think we are on a run of bad luck with referees in general in this league. We need to come back with a vengeance next game. As expected the M6 was blocked past Stafford - luckily I came off and went towards Wolverhampton for a bit and back on the M6 which seemed clear. I think some people got stuck in it for a long time.

Have to say that this was marginally better than what I saw at Bradford on Wednesday, but only marginally. Felt there was no fight in the players, passes went astray, Worcester quicker to the ball all round, at times I thought the players thought it was a practice match. Have they already decided that the season has finished. Why do players insist on running forward and then stopping and turning round and passing backwards when they could have carried on forwards, annoys me. Just not good enough sums it up
The spear tackle was hideous, I know it was a bad tackle that led to it, but he could have broken Russell's neck dropping him like that!! Hopefully he will see the replay and be very ashamed during his 3 match ban. Poor referring at times again, but thats no excuse to the poor performance. Play like we have in this weekus horribulus (is that how you spell it) against Barrow and it could be a cricket score.
At least Harborough Junior and Mini Market enjoyed it, but Mini did complain we didn't score, to which I said "this is County get used to it". But she wants to come again, so that's good, don't want the wife or brother-in-law to try and indoctrinate them in being Sarfend supporters!!

sounds appalling. we didn't even get there. there had apparently been a motorbike accident in the M6 roadworks and it was shut between junctions 13 and 12. we had been talking about going via wolverhampton as well, but there was just an enormous car park stretching miles to junction 13. we eventually got to junction 13 at five to three, still absolutely miles away. came off, slingshotted the roundabout, and head back from whence we came. the language in the car was somewhat fruity. here are some things that i've gained from following county this week: bradford ouch knee. this is how the sore bit looks now. there's a cut and more bruising on the front of the knee as well but it's not as sore: then today, setting off from leeds at 10.45. getting back to my mum's at about half four, having not seen a game of football. some nice views of the M6 though. i'm glad, in the end, that we didn't press on. we wouldn't have got to the ground until sometime in the second half and i might have turned homicidal if we'd pi**ed about for hours in traffic, missed half the game, and then seen another non-performance. thanks for the reports, collinge, ceefer and mhh.

i think i must have inadvertently angered the fooball gods, gazz. not a great week! To be honest you didn't miss much apart from the WWF bit second half and the music selection at half time, but it's really frustrating when you set off and have to turn back. Let's hope Barrow is worth the journey to EP. Its another evening kick off so not making any predictions.

The 'body slam' video is now on he BBC Football page and there have been 171,256 in 15 hours on youtube...not sure its good publicity for the club.
On the match highlights was Ryan's tackle that bad to be yellowed? I didnt think so but dont have slo-mo?

Great stuff Collinge... must of been difficult...
It was, Ceefer, but it must have been excruciating listening to how I slipped them in!
Ryan should have been sent off for his punch which happened dead level from where the commentary team were sitting. The second booking tackle didn't merit a booking, IMHO, but it was still a bit tasty and he/we argue with the decision.

Were you listening carefully, folks? I slipped in Llanfair PG, the planet Uranus and, right at the end, affividavit. The word should have been embuggerance. As in our chronic away form is an embuggerance to our play off hopes. Good word 'embuggerance', it should be used more in everyday conversation. Another away performance and result to forget.

Did anybody hear my dulcet tones? If so, what do you reckon. Should I put my agent on stand by?
