Might well be 0-0 but Shropshire and I were talking about the soup and cottage pie or chilli thats available and they being worth the entrance fee just to be able to buy them once inside!

I'm going down the positive route and the fact they got a rocket up their backsides after Wednesday!! County win 0-2.
And the word of the day to use should be Discombobulated! The dictionary definition is "to confuse or disconcert"

Here's a challenge, Heaveners. Do you remember at one World Cup ('86 I think) one England player who was interviewed deliberately put in references to Wham songs every few seconds? I challenge you all to come up with the most obscure word that I can slip in tomorrow. I shall judge all contributions and reach a decision by 1pm tomorrow, when I shall probably set off for the game from here in Brum. - antidisestablishmentarianism - supercalifragilisticexpialidocious - Llanfair PG or - Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwlllla (maybe Macca can use that one)? - pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis (lung disease contracted from the inhalation of very fine silica particles, specifically from a volcano; medically, it is the same as silicosis).

Re Epworth's comments:
How about any of these. No chance of any on-air gaffes with this lot...
uvula crepuscular clematis spatchcock uranus masticate Dido dictaphone
Weren't they all, apart from dictaphone, signings by Championship teams in the transfer window?

how would you approach it after Wednesday ?
I'd like to go 5-3-2, but we are a central defender missing for that, therefore I'm going 4-4-2 with a flat 4 in midfield.
Hurst Jacobs O'Hallaran Lees Duxbury Woolfe Churchman Wilkinson Dennis Glover Ryan
Probably find being away Moses makes the team.
Also not keen on Dennis out wide, but struggling apart from him really, unless you swap him with either of the front two.
I expect a reaction to Wednesday though, so I'm going brave and calling a win !

How remiss of me, I forgot to mention The King & Castle pub on Kidderminster Station-good selection of real ales. Unfortunately because I am off alcohol for the next few weeks (see my Off Topic posting Lent) I won't be partaking.

boo to buxton weather. am supposed to be going via buxton to pick up my brother and his girlfriend and one of our mates. it's dead sunny here, but my mum and dad have been sending me this morning's snow photos from buxton, and my mate reckons people are already turning back from the leek road which we would have been using. supposed to be setting off shortly as well. hmm. will have to have a conflab as to whether to knock it on the head - not bothering on my own, that's for certain.

I must be mad but Harborough Junior has announced that she is coming with me (first game since Solihull away) and now Mini Market has said she wants to come to her first ever game! And I have agreed!!

Another pasting, but look on the bright side, we should have enough points to ensure that we don't get relegated.
