The situation at Balckpool could kick off big time on Saturday.
Joint fans protest march from South Pier to the ground. Limited access to away fans and local issues with fans groups.
I fully expect this game not to make the full 90 minutes for what ever reason. The Blackpool manger has done a brilliant job to get the team to where they are, but it's a poor league.

It will get better, Lennie, it won't go on forever - hopefully it's sooner rather than later.
The current regime is like a virus - starve it of what it needs and you've got a better chance of fighting it.

Well, they made it! A goal for former Hatter Mark Cullen among the three netted yesterday, too. Well played, 'Pool. And best of luck in the play-offs.

All peaceful in the ground, unhappy scenes outside on the joint protest march.
Think Luton might just be a game (or 2) too far. A poor team in a very poor league.
The Live Game next Sunday - interesting to see what the crowd figures are like. 3,602 reported yesterday (951 from Orient).

What about that for a finish to a game of football !!!
Will be embarassing when no one turns up at Wembley though.
Manager Bowyer and a team of misfits and journeymen have worked wonders given the problems at the club,

I'd genuinely love to see a big Blackpool turn-out at Wembley as it won't be directly going into Oyston's pocket!
A seriously dire situation for all involved with the club, it's absolutely heart-breaking for my Nana who lives in Cleveleys, prior to his death in late 2014 my Grandad would bleed tangerine if you cut him open and it's for people like that, who live and die with the club that I have the most sympathy...we've had it and now Blackpool are getting it as well, seriously HOW do these people get into the position they've been allowed into?! I know the English FA is a joke at the best of times but surely their 'Fit and Proper Persons test' must pick up on SOMETHING untoward.

I know the English FA is a joke at the best of times but surely their 'Fit and Proper Persons test' must pick up on SOMETHING untoward. well daddy oyston is a convicted rapist. i still haven't got over the fact that oyston junior was on the championship's management board when he was systematically dismantling all the good things that had happened to the seasiders over the previous few years. i looked last night, saw they were 3-1 down with about 15 left to play. thought about sending a commiseratory text to my dad, but didn't as it hadn't finished. didn't realise until today that it's a big well done to the seasiders!

Wonderful team performance and Bowyer should be given manager of the year award after what he has had to work with.

That's a cracking effort from Blackpool and I'm delighted for them but it was heartbreaking to see a tiny pocket of Blackpool fans at Wembley compared to the nearly sell-out they've had in previous trips!

Job done by the "not a penny more" campaigners. National TV embarrassment for the owners. Next month's court case with Valerie Belekon will be very interesting.

I completely understand their reasons for not attending but it is a shame to see how much these 'people' have completely drained the life and soul out of one of the most historic football clubs in the country, let alone in the Football League.

I was in Lytham St Annes Fri/Sat night and it was very much a split feeling about the playoff final. I'm sure the pubs will have been packed today - especially with so few travelling - but the overriding feeling i got was that while they would like to win, they'd be happy to lose if it brought it closer to an Oyston exit. I don't think too many people will be happy for the Oystons to take credit for today's result.
Hopefully better times are round the corner for them - as has been said, Blackpool have one of the richest histories in British football. Great club and their fans deserve better. Hopefully when things finally do get better (and they will), this experience will just teach them to enjoy the good times and be thankful that they have their football club back.
