I'd give him 24 hours in the Grand Central branch before he's got them down to one member of staff, decimated the customer base, charging a revolutionary £17 for a big mac and employing a Bosnian-swiss vegetarian as manager! Unbelievable mate, hilarious!

Interesting to see that Park said he made tough and unpopular decisions. He didn't mention good or right anywhere...

A resounding victory for common sense.
However, 'one swallow doesn't make a summer'
The 'silent' need to speak and to speak favourably and quickly.
We also need to know what Fearn's intentions are both long and short term.

He'd come into a branch that's had a recent revival, get rid of the manager, bring in a guy with no experience in fast food management, give him money to revolutionise the place, watch chaos ensue!

Make that 540 degrees, Ryan...
I'm sure Adnan Cirac still owes him a few quid...

Oh, what a beautiful morning, yeah Well, what a wonderful day, I want ya'll to know, oh now I've got a beautiful feelin', I got everything, everything's goin' my way
What fantastic news! What an absolute walking disaster that man has been. There is no doubt that when he started we were a financial basket case. Whoever came in had to make "unpopular and difficult decisions". I'm pretty sure we couldn't afford a full time grounds man as a part time club, for example.
But his ability to put his foot in his mouth every time he opened it is a real skill not many of us have. He isn't despised necessarily because of the decisions he made (although he has had more than his fair share of stinkers) but his arrogance and obvious disdain for the club, our history and the fans.
He just doesn't 'get' what County means to us. Ok, so you have to be dispassionate when making some decisions, but to treat us like ignorant oiks who wouldn't understand is plain offensive.
Worryingly for someone, he is wished good luck in his future career in football. That means he's got another job lined up, where he will be another complete disaster. He is living proof of the Peter Principle, in that he has clearly risen to the level of his own incompetence.
I've no doubt that the club's finances are in a better state now than before he joined. But any effective executive officer can cuts costs without affecting 'business' performance. He has cut costs and screwed the performance of the business. Any ol' fule can cut costs, a good exec reduces costs and maintains current performance, and excellent exec cuts costs and improves performance. McKnight is firmly in the ol' fule camp!
More than that, McKnight has cut costs and done nothing to increase revenue; so it's a even worse.
At last his inglorious reign is coming to an end and I'm really pleased that Bellis is back. I'm sure there are further 'unpopular and difficult' decisions to make, but this time I've much more confidence that the fans will be engaged. Hopefully Bellis' commercial experience will help to raise more (sustainable) revenue to invest in the squad.
The starting point is using McKnight's salary to bring in more players for next season, a much better use of our limited resources!
I've never met McKnight and I've tried to steer clear of personal insults and base my assessment on the facts. And the facts clearly show that he was out of his depth, showed no business acumen and had no emotional connection with County whatsoever.
And for those reasons, it’s good riddance and don’t trip over your vision statement on the way out.

I think that this is spot on. Most of us with a love for County weren't so blind to realise that some not-insignificant remedial action was required, and would have been quite willing to take the necessary medicine from someone who gave at least a flying one for the Club's heart and heritage, but he did nothing whatsoever to suggest anything remotely genuine in that regard. 'Bad old days of the '90s'? Oh, the irony!

A fairy story (may be based on true facts)
Once upon a time there was a big, powerful cow. It roamed the fields mixing with the bigger cows, but never looked out of place. People would come from far and wide to see the cow and occasionally it went to big national shows and even won some of the competitions.
Then one day, things started to go wrong for the cow. It got mixed up with some dodgy swine who tricked it. And sadly it got trapped and couldn't get free.
But don't worry, here comes a knight in shining armour, a hero. It's a bull who will come and rescue the cow. Ok, so the bull looks a bit young for such a difficult task, but maybe it will be ok. What will the bull do to rescue the cow? What clever actions will our hero take?
Oh dear. This fairy story does not have a happy ending. The hero bull was no such thing. He was a baddie! Instead of helping the cow he took advantage and completely and mercilessly screwed the cow whilst it was down.
And the moral of the story?
If it looks like a bull, walks like a bull, speaks a load of bull - then it is probably full of bull.
The sequel, 'The Bull and the Abattoir', will hopefully be written over the summer. There are also plans for a third instalment, 'The Cow Returns to the Top Field' which will hopefully be published in the next few years.
