For the first time in five weeks, we shall be without a midweek game - so, on to next Saturday, back on the road for only our second-ever visit to Burton.
The inaugural trip was 14 years ago, during our final league season before being relegated. Having lost there by the odd goal in three, we later ground out a scoreless draw at EP against the 'Brewers' in that awful campaign's death throes.
Better times now, thank goodness - so let us hope we keep this winning run going.
Post it all here...

Having repeatedly said I’d be happy with a streaky last minute goal, this time I would say we should be going there with the expectation of getting a result. I’ll still take sliced clearance off Wootton’s face into the net in the last minute though. (A Louie Barry special would also be welcome…)

Going well so far, 2-0 up at half-time with Louie bagging another. I honestly can't see how he's still going to be with us after the January window, as surely someone higher up is going to be taking a punt on him?

Someone on YB saying Barry's had an elbow in the face, hope it's nothing serious.

Only Haaland has scored more this season in the top 4 divisions.

Sounded like we totally outplayed them. Would DC become our greatest ever manager if he takes us up this again season?
I'd have to argue that he would. Just when you think it's starting to go pear-shaped, he gets to the bottom of the problem and we just start winning again.
I do think Macca and Rydel coming back into the team have made a real difference to the way we play, though, and they got almost a full game each under their belts again today before being subbed late on.
Congrats to DC, his staff, players and the 12th man for yet another fantastic win.

I can't believe Ben's place has been up for discussion after every bloody promotion, every title win, it's ridiculous. I honestly don't know why we haven't just left him to find his ceiling on his own, instead of suggesting he's found it with numerous potential replacements, it's the very least his remarkable achievements have deserved.

Hoping Barry will stay after Janaury. He is loved by the club and fans and isn't sat in the bench. Agree Rydel and Macca make such a difference. I had it down as a 0-2 qwqin so 3's a bonus. Let's hope we can keep the momentum going.

I assume it's down to Villa. If someone comes in with a big offer they'll accept it. I guess Barry has a choice, but the terms offered might also be too good to turn down. Can't blame him if he accepts an offer from a top championship club or prem.

I've just watched the official highlights and come to the conclusion that Louie Barry is a football cheat code, the kid is just insane when he's on it, that second goal was just sublime.
I've also got to mention that interception from Macca at 2-0 when Burton broke and he was the last man, he kept his cool and his eyes on the ball and did brilliantly to stop that attack - superb defending.
That knockdown from Wootts too for Louie's first goal was absolutely fantastic, classic target man play. He really is top drawer.

We're going to be on 'scout watch' at EP in the coming weeks (if not already) and when the transfer window opens. Surely there will be plenty of Championship scouts heading down to SK3 to watch Barry.
