Below-par performances throughout the team, to the extent that the starters, with a couple of exceptions, were eclipsed by Powell's late cameo.
He gets my vote - with a commendation in passing for Wright who, for most of the match, battled gamely on his less-favoured side of the back three following Pye's early departure.

I was wondering who would have gone to LGB, I couldn't imagine it being Horsfall so Wright would make "sense" in the circumstances....

I was cheekily going to vote for Powell as he had the biggest impact and did more in injury time than the rest of the team.
Defensively we looked solid and I was impressed with Horsfall and Wright. I'll happily add a vote to the Wright tally

To be honest, Eppers, the thought about nominating him for MotM had occurred to me, too! I wouldn't be against changing my vote if everyone else is okay to? His impact was the only bright point in the game for me and the only time we really looked to have some invention in our play, so he definitely deserves some recognition for it. |

I'll add my vote for Powell as well. Not on for that long but put the rest to shame.
Oh and Mansfield's MotM was the ref! Enuff said.
