Elsewhere on t'internet there are a shed load of posts regarding DC's job, some of which are absolutely baffling.
I honestly don't think that DC is the main problem here, I genuinely think it's Wilson and his scattergun recruitment policy. I also think he's sticking his oar in regarding match day squads and style of play too.
Not only that, the number of backroom staff we have is akin to the population of a small country - it's bloody crazy and that's on Wilson too.
How many managers are we going to go through before Mark Stott A) figures out where the real problem lies or B) gets bored of seeing his money being p**sed up the wall and pulls the plug?
The paper-thin loyalty of some County fans is astonishing, but nowhere near as astonishing as the loyalty towards Wilson from the owner.
I'm sticking by DC, but Wilson's an idiot and he's got to be shown the door.

The start (again) has not been good enough, but we're likely going to experience the 8th consecutive 'have something positive to play for come the end of the season':
2022/23 - L2 Playoff Final 2021/22 - NL Champions 2020/21 - NL Playoff Semi-Final 2019/20 - NL Missed Playoffs* 2018/19 - NLN Champions 2017/18 - NLN Playoff Semi-Final 2016/17 - NLN Missed Playoffs on final day
*Season curtailed due to Covid, our part-time/hybrid side under JG was in sufficient form to get into the playoffs of a FT league.
-----
Why anyone is calling for DC to go on the other board/s, I do not know. I get that we exoerience the highs and lows of the match day, but quickly some seem to forget that, under the new ownership, we completely wasted one chance of a NL promotion shot by bringing in SR and were then set to waste a second chance until he was finally got rid of the following season. DC rescued that season and afforded the ownership success that, very obviously, their SR decision would not have attained. And given how important it proved to be to get out when we did (Wrexham and Notts), thank goodness DC did come in. So, for DC to take us up as NL Champions and, in his first full season last campaign, get us to within a penalty shoot-out of L1, is excellent.
Of course, DC needs to continue to improve, and of course we will sometimes have bad results/play poorly... but if people would prefer to put their faith in someone who has made awful decisions to date which would have kept us non-league over keeping a manager with the record DC has, then I despair. All that said, whenever a seeming vanity signing arrives that doesn't, on the face of it, align with the current manager, I do think it sets up a 'how can [manager] not get the best from ['on paper' exciting player]?' scenario, almost pitting the two which is hardly helpful and, potentially, a kind of cop-out way of changing manager, IMO.

On the subject of paper-thin loyalty, there are even some suggestions elsewhere online that we should let MSH go, due to his bad luck with injuries. Yeah, let's get rid of one of our most dynamic players - that'll teach him.

Something somewhere isn't quite right with 9 players out with injuries and a team of expensive players not producing the results. Already 8 points behind the leaders and if DC doesn't turn this around soon we could be struggling for a play off place. The margins were extremely thin for missing out on automatic promotion last season, so every point counts.
Considering we have a championship style off the field set up we should be doing better all round.
I am far from convinced we even need a DoF.

Couldn't make this one but these figures are atrocious. Put those in your laptop and analyse them.
Looking at the match lowlights, it could have been a lot worse without Ben.
