Hmm, welcome back, but might this imply a more permanent move is in the offing? A bit like when James Brown got recalled to Blackburn before his move to Donny? Fingers crossed in any event....

Some tasty looking fixtures elsewhere in L 2 Top 10
Barrow (8th) v Salford City (5th)
Bratfut (7th) v Carlisle (4th)
Northampton T (3rd) v Mansfield T (9th)
Stevenage (2nd) v Orient (1st)
Walsall (11th) v Swindon (6th)
So all of the other teams from the top 10 are playing each other on the same day, the one exception being The Mighty Stockport County who are playing, of course, Crewe Alex (17th)
This is a fantastic chance to move up into the playoff spots since County's GD is better than anyone outside the top 4. So fingers crossed there will be lots of 0-0 draws with red cards a plenty and a few minor injuries (I wouldn't wish a serious injury on anyone).

I've just found out off a very disappointed Sandy. I did have a feeling it would be off when I looked outside this morning, but it's still disappointing nonetheless.
Let's hope some results go our way this weekend, then hopefully we can beat Bradford on Tuesday.

The problem with Crewe's pitch - and one Nantwich doesn't have - is that around a third of it is left in the shade by Gresty Road's largest stand, so guessing the area there just won't have thawed out properly.
A real shame it's off, though. Using the time at Macc Towers to write about Half Man Half Biscuit for the Tranmere programme instead - just to 'keep it County' this afternoon.

Maybe one for the Wtf thread as well is how the hell did Hartlepool get their game on.... it's always freezing up there , even in the summer.
