Great result and Wright was unlucky for their first goal. Fluke goal at their ground as well in the first match off. Superb from Collar and really impressed with Crankshaws contribution.Great team effort and vocal support. Good to see Daniel O. on the bench.

Hope MSH is ok, that looked like a nasty collision with the hoarding. Wright my man of the match so far, he's made some excellent interceptions. Dobson 4 knew exactly what he was doing and should have been dealt with by the ref who once again bottled it. Exactly, mate. That was a sickening sight and could have been a hell of a lot worse.

Interesting to see Rydel come off as well - he put in a really good shift but he may not yet be fully fit, so good use of a sub. Crankshaw's best role might be as a sub who can run a tired defence, maybe a bit like Paul Wheeler back in the day.
Collar's televised hat trick in the FA Cup is a career defining moment but thoroughly well deserved. And yet just over a year ago he looked to be on the outs. There are a few players in this squad that I think are earning a place in the all time great list (what ever that means). Collar is one of them. Fun Fact: another County midfielder once scored an FA Cup hat trick but he also kept a clean sheet, and in the same match as well..... answers on a post card please....
Much as I love Sean Connolley I think MSH is perhaps a more complete player, and the same may go for Ryan Rydel whose ball skills may just edge him past Lee Todd, although Toddy never lacked for effort and commitment, and Fan Favourite / Cult Hero status.
Paddy Madden clearly not the same kind of Centre Forward as Big Kev but maybe, as a goal poacher, up there with Micky Quinn?
Anyway, Will Collar is on his way onto that list, and I suspect some higher clubs may start taking an interest in our Will and may try to, ah ha ha, ah ha ha, Collar him! Ahem...
I'll get my coat....

What an excellent all round performance.
High energy all over the pitch. Charlton had to resort to bully boy tactics to get anything and that second goal came when the opposition were just getting a foot in the game. Sucker punch.
Not a weakness in sight (after the opening goal - felt sorry for Ben as he saw that very late) and strength of the bench. Our pace was the undoing of them. MSH singled out for some particular rough stuff. Agreed the guy knew what he was doing when he ice-hockeyed him into the hoardings (metal surrounds included).
Rochdale will be terrified on Saturday, hopefully.

Excellent performance against a very poor Charlton. I haven’t seen much of Will Collar in the flesh have seen the praise he’s been getting and have to say I was very impressed. When he arrived I thought he was another Aaron Lescott, but he has really matured under Challinor.
The defence is looking really strong Horsfall, Wright and Johnson looked very good. I was impressed with all the defenders and the wing backs going forward are a real threat.
If it wasn’t for a bit of bad luck we’d have kept a clean sheet. Croasdale missed his header and that really did for Hinchliffe.
Cracking win, well done to everyone

That would be one Jeffrey Edward Eckhardt - against Lincoln in 1995. On the day, a number of us were calling for him to be subbed so that he could get off and run the team bath as well! Rather underrated player from an era when we had a good few stars, so always good to give Jeff a shout-out.

Watch the offers come in during the window for Will after that hat-trick.

Watch the offers come in during the window for Will after that hat-trick. Need a down arrow emoji..... I was saying that at the match...the further we go in the cup the more players we will lose.... kinda counter productive..

Absolutely gobsmacked, someone needs sacking for that. Thankfully MSH is okay, but how many more setbacks is he going to suffer? He was very lucky on Wednesday and the FA need to do more than try to blame someone else for this. They should have the final say in what appears on any of their platforms and be held responsible for all content, without exception. External agency my arse.
