I know a win is a win, we've won 4 out of 5, teams are coming to EP to defend and hoping to get a draw but we really need to be better and be out of sight by the end of games instead of stumbling over the line 1-0

We are definitely going through a bit of a sticky patch goalswise, but let's face it, we've been spoiled for goals under DC, so it was inevitable that teams would come to EP with a defensive mindset at some point.
If indeed this is our sticky patch, then I'll take one nil wins with the goals going in off the referee's arse all day long, as long as we don't lose!
I honestly don't think we've got anything to worry about, mate. It does sound like we were lucky today, though.

I think that most title-winning sides, over the course of a season, have a mixture of stunning triumphs (the most recent one of which came at Bromley less than a fortnight ago) and wins, like today's, that have to be ground out.
No coincidence, either, that our trilogy of single-goal victories this month have been against teams at the wrong end of the table who would settle for a share of the spoils at EP. Weymouth set up this afternoon with two defensive lines totalling 7 (SEVEN!) players, so it always promised to be a bit of a slog - although the visitors did change their system for the final third of the match. And sometimes the weight of expectation from a massive home crowd can add to the pressure. Will be interesting to see how things go at struggling Aldershot on that basis...
So, like Gazz, I'm not worrying unduly about the performances - although this ongoing flurry of red cards (and, let's face it, entirely avoidable ones) is bothering me a tad.

Those red cards are indeed more of a worry, but it's the avoidable nature of both that is so frustrating. This needs nipping in the bud, as it could threaten to derail us if we get any more.
Jim would have been seething at this, and I'm sure DC will be too.

And I bet Kitchs ears are still ringing.. he was less than impressed to say the least

I don’t mind stumbling to victories. Stumbling and losing is more worrying. That said DC and the team should treat the last two games as losses in my opinion and expect a reaction.
The red cards/discipline needs addressing but I’m sure DC will make that very clear. Fewer egos in the changing room now.

I'm not worried in the slightest, if this is our "sticky" patch and we're still winning then we've nothing to be complaining about really. How many times under Fergie did United limp to a 1 - 0 win on their way to another Premier League title? He used to say "if we can play that bad and still win, wait until we play really well!"!!
I said it the other week but for me, my only slight concern is the lack of goals coming from the players that it's their main objective to score! I know Madden and Quigger's score the other week in the same game but that is 1 game of how many where a forward has scored!

Hmmm, I can't help thinking that the absence of County's Secret Saucevic (OK, Sarcevic), has been a big factor. The sooner he is back and fully fit the better. Although maybe Bolton knew something we didn't when he signed for us? Fingers crossed he is back enough to seal the deal anyway.

Hopefully Sarce is back today, maybe coming on as a sub.

He played a friendly against Salford mid week, which hopefully means he's fit again.
