Imagine a club rewarding the loyalty of their season ticket holders. Wonder what that's like?

Imagine a club rewarding the loyalty of their season ticket holders. Wonder what that's like? Come on, mate, be fair. At least the club gave you a choice: Option A - like it Option B - lump it

The Meaco 1056 fan - quiet and effective. Well done, Meaco. You got a link, H? I do like my fans! This is the one: www.meaco.com/products/meacofan-1056-air-circulatorCan rotate side to side and up and down (or both) and has a remote. Got tired of the noisy pedestal one in the daytime nevermind at night so spent on this and, 2 summers later, glad I did! During waking hours I just put it on Eco mode (usually goes to 4 or 5 out of 12 levels in 25-ish temps then at night I lower it to mininum levels (1 or 2 out) and it does the job quietly from about 10-12 ft on those settings.

I wonder how effective it would feel here, when my night time temps are around 25!

Thanks, H. That would be perfect for the living room, but this would be for my bedroom. I have mild tinnitus you see, which makes silence horrible for me sometimes, so the noise a fan makes helps to cancel that out when I'm trying to sleep. Not only that, the drone of the fan helps drown out any daytime noise when I'm on nights, so while I'm sleeping during the day I do need a noisier fan than that one. It's very smart, though, and one I may consider getting as a downstairs fan. Cheers, mate.
