Good news about Sam the team badly needs his 110% performances. Why are all these players, who either go on loan or move on end up performing better & scoring goals. The list is alarmingly growing longer. Looked back at Harry Cardwell’s performances in friendlies & current league matches & he’s got a hatrick & more. At the end of his tenure at County his scoring ability dried up. Heard (from someone that knows him) that Zeki Fryers is a good player. Let’s hope he is used in his strongest LB position although he can also play CB. Why Barclay has been constantly been played out of position I don’t know. Where’s Elliot Newby. He’ll be another one that will end up being cast aside for another team to benefit from his qualities. Nothing against the new loan striker but looks like the scouts are scraping the barrel with this signing. Wilson's f***ed up, mate, and he knows it. That Scunthorpe lad on loan was the kind of nonsense we had in the McKnight era, and I think Wilson is just a bigger budget version of him. I said it right from the moment he binned off Jim, he's another McKnight, playing fantasy football with our club. This 'project' is all about Wilson's vanity and nothing more. He doesn't have a clue what he's doing and he's persuaded Rusk to give up a cushy job to join this sh*t show. Do I feel sorry for Rusk? Absolutely not, because I bet he never felt sorry for Jim when he negotiated his nice little contract, while our legendary manager was working hard to get this club back where it belongs. The pair of them are not welcome by me and the sooner they're gone, the better. If Mark Stott can't see that this is not working, then he can f*** off with them, because Jim's part-time County would have played this tinpot set-up off the park. There's no getting away from it, this 'project' is utter GARBAGE.

Caveat - okay the lad missed a golden opportunity to score but the CE WTF was that was out of order. Any new players need to be given a chance before being written off. On the WTF subject where the F is Newby?

Not really excited about any prospect of his return - nor, if the latest rumours are true, frustrated about the deal being off. Cardwell did well in his first few games for us last term, but then went missing in later games when we arguably needed him most. Hardly an improvement on Bennett, either. Let us hope that Quigley is soon match-fit again...

Although I was critical of Bennett's missed sitters, his value to the team was highlighted by his contribution to Reid's tally last season and, even more so since his departure.
I'm really not holding my breath with Quigley, especially if the rest of the Summer spree is anything to go by.
Jim may have seen some belters go on his watch, but he more often than not made up for them in subsequent signings.
So far, the two Simons don't seem capable of doing that.

That meant to say the two SIMONS in my last post - I f***ing HATE smartphones. If anyone sees a Delorean time machine for sale, let me know, I seriously need to get back to the 80s - STAT!

Didn’t Sinclair make one amongst other tech. As stated in my previous post Cardwell got a hatrick in one of Chorley’s friendlies & has scored this term in the league. Bennett also got two for Sutton the other day. SR just doesn’t seem to be able to get the best out of these players who go on to score for other clubs. Bennett is an example again when on that ridiculous loan to Hartlepool. Does anyone know what’s happened to Elliot Newby as I can see him moving on due lack of playing time.

Relieved himself in Wilson's drawer probably! They can't get the best out of players because they haven't got the first clue how to approach the game on a competitive level. U23 coaches are all about development of players, with the results being of secondary importance. As for Wilson, he's just a f***ing crank with a laptop and a pipe dream.

Looks like more ex players on the score sheet on Saturday. Bell, Thomas, Curran. Thomas now has 4 this season. Maybe get him in on loan?
