So this week we have some questions for the Premier League, for clarities sake, when I say Premier League I am referring to the top-flight of England from August 1992 to the Present Day unless specficially stated as Division One.
1. Who scored the first ever goal in the Premier League on 15th August 1992?
2. Who was the first ever manager to be sacked in the Premier League and by which club?
3. Can you name all four of the Scottish players to have a Premier League winners medal (as a player)?
4. What unusual clause did former Sunderland player Stefan Schwarz have in his contract?
5. Which player scored the Premier League's fastest ever hat-trick in a time of just 2 minutes 56 seconds?
6. Which 3 Players shared the 2018-19 Golden Boot award?
7. Which 3 Players share the PL Record of 8 red cards?
8. Which Premier League team has recently launched a bid to become recognised as the World's oldest Professional Club?
9. Who were Champions of Division One in it's last season before being rebranded as the Premier League?
10. Which Six Countries have produced a Premier League winning manager?
11. Who is the only team in PL history to avoid relegation after being bottom on the morning of the last game of the season?
12. What is the highest fee ever received by a Premier League team for a player and who was the player?
13. There are 2 families where both Father and Son have won a PL title as a player, who are the 2 Father and Son duos?
14. The 2018/19 saw a team fail to draw a single away game, who was the team?

This is getting seriously Twilight Zone now, you're going to mention the "Hit iiiiiiit!" thing next! We both know, deep down, that we must have pogoed together and hugged on the Pop Side that balmy Spring evening... We may very well have done, matey, as I have been involved in a good number of random Hatters hugfests down the years! That goal was special, though. Killer's arrival and subsequent impact was straight out of Roy of the Rovers - I still get goosebumps when I recall that number 11 shirt leaning back to chest the ball and that guy in the crowd screaming "HIT IIIIITTTTT!" Preecey's goal v QPR tops it for the occasion (when the FA Cup still meant something) and opposition, but Killer's actual strike was every bit as good and actually more important - I can give it no higher praise than that! I make no apology for hijacking this thread with County memories!

Cheers, Fudgie. Really enjoying these. Marginal preference for the FA Cup next time, but happy to have a go at any - or, indeed, all - of them in due course!

I agree regarding the FA Cup too, I remember when it was THE trophy that every kid dreamt about! I can still remember those games played on the local field with my mates as a kid, recreating dramatic late winners such as Alan Sunderland's last-minute goal at Wembley against United - shame on those that contributed to killing that magic.
