Recently I bought my self a football trivia book, correct as of 2019, with various pub quiz style questions about football over various different categories...I thought if people were interested I could do a different one each week and see how people get on...if the interest is there I will post a new category every Friday and the answers every Sunday.
If people are interested then just reply your answers to the thread and if it's not something anyone is interested in then obviously I won't try and force it on people!
Anyway....the inagural category is, the Champions League/European Cup.
Of Course I have no way to ensure no-one Googles the answers but I trust that you're all good eggs!
1. Four different Ligue 1 (France) teams have reached the final, who are they?
2. Who was the first Englishman to score for a Spanish team in the Champions League era (92-93 onwards)?
3. Who was the first British player to win the Champions League in the modern era (92-93 onwards)?
4. Who was the first Italian club to reach the European Cup Final?
5. Who was the second club to ever win the European Club (after Real Madrid winning the first 5 tournaments)?
6. In 1954 a match was played that unofficially decided the 'best team in the World' which ultimately led to the creation of the European Cup, which 2 teams played in this match?

11. Was that when Red Star bored Barcelona and the whole of Europe to death in 1990 or maybe 1991?
