Oh cock.
This is rather embarrassing. It turns out the Argentinian Superliga only features one set of fixtures (every team plays 23 matches rather than 46), meaning the season actually finished this week, and Eppers' Boca Juniors were crowned champions by overtaking Archie's River Plate on the final day.
I shall therefore need to work out a tie-break situation to determine our winner from the four players still in the competition.
