Simple - lemon juice and sugar for me. Any exotic concoctions out there ? (You may have guess - post-op. tiredness and boredom setting in). Not my quote (Derek McGovern - Mirror). There's a pancake race at the House of Commons today, should be interesting seeing as there's a load of 'Tossers' in there. Also laughed at the SPs, House of Lords 5-1. That's the time they knock off each day. Join in if you can be bothered.

For me and Mrs E it's freshly squeezed orange and sugar. For the kids it's a choice of 2 or 3 from chocolate spread, treacle, maple syrup, sliced banana, squirty cream, orange and sugar. And a lot of mess! (I'm in between conference calls at the moment - not enough time to start anything new, so here I am sharing my views on panckakes. I seem to remember my life having some meaning at one point.)

Can't remember the last time I celebrated Pancake Day. Year in year out, County always seem to be involved in a game then!
But, just so that I don't feel left out, my filling of choice is sliced banana in hot caramel sauce:-)

Syrup, roll it up, then sprinkle some sugar on! I've been in London all day though so we're not having any as I'm too knackered to make them!

pancake-free zone here too, but with orange/lemon and sugar for simplicity, or made and then baked with ham and cheese in them for when i'm pretending to be french.

More of a bitter taste!
Today hasn't been a good day, I've finally watched all 7 seasons of Buffy and don't know what to watch next, the Canucks traded my favourite player ever and we blew a 2 goal lead to a team that contains Danny O'Donnell and Sam Sheridan!
This has been a poor day!

'supernatural' is pretty entertaining in a similar sort of vein - and there's at least 8 seasons of it on release. not quite as comic, although plenty of laughs in there. not sure what to recommend about the canucks though...

to be fair it takes a while to get going. season three is the first to have a couple of piss-funny episodes, but they have some pretty good quips throughout once it's developed at bit.
