A reminder of the pending event in memory of long time County supporter Graham Axon. Sunday, 16th March at 6:00 p.m. at the Railway, Portwood. General knowledge quiz written by Graham in 2013 and never used yet. Teams (of up to) 4 persons at £1 each. Enter on the night. Raffle of "County" signed football and copies of ` Stockport County -a Complete Record' and `Vintage Port'- a record of season 96/97, plus a magnificent print of EP donated kindly by TJ Canvas . All proceeds go to St Ann`s Hospice. The draw for the raffle will be on Sunday 16th at the Quiz Nite- tickets available on the night and from myself before hand if you are not able to attend, Finally...an update regarding the Just Giving page supporting St Ann`s in Graham`s name. Thanks go to all who have donated thus far taking us closer to our initial target of £200. If anyone still wants to donate the address is....... Reminder......Up to 4 in a team ( £1 pp) in memory of County fan Graham Axon, proceeds to St Ann`s Hospice. Decent prizes in associated raffle, all starts circa 18.00 at Railway Hotel, Portwood- this Sunday the 16th.

OK.....I did say, I know, that last week`s was the final reminder re` Sundays Quiz Nite in memory of County supporter Graham Axon at the Railway Hotel, Portwood, but ....I lied.......
Dont forget teams can be made up on the night for the Quiz, up to 4 people( cost £1 pp),all proceeds from this and associated raffle go to St Anns Hospice. There are some decent raffle prizes on offer, big thanks are due to TJ Canvas and Steve ( nicknack )for donations-it all starts circa 18.00. Hope to see you there.

Big thanks to all who have supported the St Anns Hospice appeal in memory of Graham Axon. Last night`s QN raised a magnificent £ 146 for the appeal. With Just Giving moneys added and cash thus far uncollected , the total raised has reached £ 328, with another £40 of gift aid on top. So...as I say , thanks everyone! Oh....Blackburn and Harrogate Hatters , won prizes.
