I believe this man and his consortium had tried to take over Stockport not so long ago. they are now investing in a rugby league club in my kneck of the woods. do you know much about them?

Have not heard of him/them personally - although we do know that there have been several potential consortia sniffing around County during the last year, and some have simply been dismissed in the absence of a business plan and/or sufficient funds, without ever being named publicly, so perhaps he was behind one of those?
