I think fudgie was spot on, the Duxbury goal was a far-stick cross in my opinion. He took two glances to see who was available for the cross and tried to pick out Platt who had made the run, and it ended up drifting in.

I honestly still can't make my mind up about this - and, given that a goal's a goal, it doesn't really matter - although I understand that young Scott has since been subject to no small amount of fluke-related ribbing within the Club!!
