Right, then - time gentlemen, please! Here are the votes of the Macc Jury...
Well done to everyone who entered - especially at a time when a select few other teams, and not County, are having all the fun. As ever, there can only be three medallists - so, step forward:
- Eppers, in third place, with Salford losing to a dodgy penalty would kick up a media stink. Too true. So, just imagine the effect that 5 (FIVE!) dodgy penalties - all taken by Salford's own players - must have had?! Arf.
- Archie, taking the Silver Medal by appealing to my better musical nature with the wry observation that the shake-up will Be over in Days (Ray Davies - premier Kink).
And this week's winner...
- Lennie, for combining gritty '60s black-and-white realism with made-for-modern-tv filler, viz: More dramas than the "old kitchen sink".
