...... and I was bored watching Top Gear on Dave, when all of a sudden this happened......... ........ the 'gag' was that Hammond is known for not being too complimentary about the band Genesis, and they had a track day to launch their new 'Reasonably priced car' with Mike Rutherford turning up as one of the guests. Cue the Hamster running off in the opposite direction to hide behind the picnic table they had set up at trackside, but look at the box under the table, the clip has been edited in reverse, even a Morrisons carrier bag in another shot was backwards! Now don't question why I'm such an oddball anorak to have spotted it, question why the BBC felt the need to do it. It can't be to avoid being accused of product placement, the whole show is a bigger bloody car ad than the Italian job! More importantly, if they can't afford to shoot the scene again from another angle, maybe they should consider making Clarkson take a pay cut!! Bizarre. Yes, I'm very, very dull, but I'm also very, very bored!
