'It’s a Wonderful Life' is a great movie, it also happens to be my Mum's favourite movie. Mention also for 'It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World', an absolute classic.
However!...... I'm going for 'I, Robot'. Okay, it's riddled with CGI, but it's still a great movie.

I'm getting my vote in early this week so I can't be seen to be trying to influence the outcome - 'The Italian Job' for me.

Inglorious Basterds for me, one of my favourite films from the absolute genius that is Tarantino.

vague props to 'irreversible' for the most unflinchingly violent scene ever. 'ivans xtc' was very good if not especially uplifting. i hearted 'i heart huckabees' when it came out, 'in the name of the father' is brilliantly angry. however, 'in bruges' is the best film of the week. colin farrell and brendan gleeson are both brilliant throughout as the hitmen on the lay-low, and ralph fiennes tries on wacko psycho for size. great stuff.

To summarise some I's...
Ice Age - a family favourite Italian Job - the orginal, obviously - although enjoyed the new one more than I was expecting to Ipcress File - Michael Caine in top form Indiana Jones - great trilogy Inner Space - along with many films (F/X, Weird Science, etc.) has probably aged bady, but I watched this loads in my youth I'll Never Forget What's'isname - great cast, great story - just a shame the Director is such an expletive
Good shout on 'ivans xts' and 'in bruges', ars
But the clear winner for me is: It's a Wonderful Life. Watched every Christmas in Epworth Mansions, it's a true classic

This weeks mentions go to...
Independence Day (not usually a fan of "We are America, We are great" films bit this one makes me laugh quite a bit so i'll let it off!! Insomnia - Again not my usual type of film but think Robin Williams plays a great "weirdo" and shows off his acting skills so well. Indecent Proposal The Interview - Only saw this for the first time recently and it gave me a reet good old laugh out loud in many parts. Iron Man 1 and 2 (still not seen 3 yet!)
But my vote this week goes to an animated film that I've seen so many times, even if it's a kids film there's some funny parts aimed at adults and that film is The Incredibles.

Not 'in the bedroom', in the land of women', 'indecent proposal', (common theme here.....) or any of the Indiana Jones films,
my vote is for the original 'Italian Job...what a great film and a great car..

Time for a curve ball!
I Origins is a fascinating film that makes you wonder about all sorts of things. My son and I watched it and for about 2 hours after it ended we discussed all potential ramifications of it. When we mentioned the film to my daughter a couple of months later we had another extended discussion about it!
If you get the chance do watch it, I will be available for discussion/counselling after!
