I’m sorry that you had problems listening online last night. Apparently there was a UK wide problem affecting every commentary on the ‘Player’ service.
Pure just provide our commentary to the company behind the ‘Player’ website (called Perform) – it’s their job to stream it and it seems last night something went wrong at their end.
To try and help we did keep broadcasting on our own website stream, but this has a limited capacity & the number of County fans who wanted to tune in meant it had to limit the number of people who could connect.
I can appreciate your frustration, but I’m afraid you’d have to contact Perform to ask what went wrong.

Cheers for that guys! It was highly annoying but I'm sure it was nothing you did wrong, heard other clubs fans complain like you say

cheers pete. i think there's a broad understanding that 'technical difficulties' don't mean that pure have b*llsed up. you have kept us up to date from all sorts of rickety grounds, and much appreciated it is too. i know you aren't anything to do with the 'player' service, but now the videos are posted free its 'value' is thrust into sharper relief when the commentary isn't coming through.
