Jarkko has secured the signature of 21 year old Striker, Omid Bagheri on a free transfer, very good young striker and lethal at this level.

Congratulations, Jarkko. What's the squad looking like now in terms of numbers, Fudgie?

Just finding out mate, I'll get some exact figures but Jarkko is happy with it more or less, he's just looking for a reserve goalie and maybe one or two more players and it'll be complete!

The final touches have been made to the squad a young goalkeeper from Sarpsborg, he's only 18 but he's got a lot of potential and is willing to learn to improve his game, Lars Brevik who is 21 and Haris Dedic who is also 21, I will find out more information on them and post it on here as soon as I get it.
The Youth Team will be playing in a tournament in Bolton from July 24-28th and Jarkko will be managing them, any support would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers for the update, Fudgie.
We ought to try and organise a travelling band of Heaveners to support Jarkko and his team in July, eh?!

I'm definitely hoping so!
There is also a potential big signing coming for the club soon, one he's very excited for!

The squad is pretty much complete now, they were meant to have a friendly with a team from a higher league but the game had to be called off as pretty much every player had been struck down with illness, as well as them struggling to make a squad of 11, it would have also been a health risk for the opposition.
They have a game coming up on Saturday, against a team from the same level called Råde but a different regional division and they are considered one of the top teams in their division and favourites for promotion, Rolvsoy are still missing 7 players but can actually put a team out now, it'll be a very tough game but a good yardstick for measuring how far they've come!

Where did the goals come from, Jarkko? It's always a good when you get your strikers on the scoresheet obviously, but the odd one or two from midfield and elsewhere really does give you an extra dimension. Well done to yourself, your staff and the team, the dressing room must have been buzzing afterwards!
