No hat-trick of appearances for 'Newts' in The Non-League Paper 'Team of the Week'.
'Pitbull' has made today's, for his part in Macc's defeat of Eastleigh, though.

In transfer news, Javan Vidal has signed for Tamworth.
Remembering his short-lived spell at EP, they are most welcome to him!

On the mark for their current teams in the Conference Premier yesterday: Sean Newton, with a penalty for Lincoln; and Adam Griffin, with a volleyed super-strike for Alty.

Mark Cullen scored the only goal of the game for Luton, against Cambridge, yesterday.
Interesting stat. (Well, fairly interesting...) Cullen has been on the - erm - mark three times so far this season, in each case helping those other Hatters to win 1-0... their only three League victories to date.

A few other former Hatters on target yesterday for their current Conference clubs: Rhys Oates, making his debut as a loanee for Grimsby and securing their points with the only goal of the game against Kiddy; Danny Hattersley, also debuting on loan, scoring a brace, and Paul Marshall a late goal, in Halifax's five-goal demolition of Telford; Paul Turnbull, contributing one of Macc's three, without reply, against Southport (who might well be regretting having shipped out Danny Hatts...); and Dicko, netting after just five minutes at Gainsborough - who, however, later scored twice to send Stalyvegas home with nothing to show for it. Shame...
