Don't we already do this through national insurance contributions?

There are so many issues and the one they tried to push through was end the fox hunting ban. That says it all to me.. for the first and probably the only time thank god for Mrs Sturgeon.

No is the short answer and personally I believe that this goes much deeper than protecting his own personal interests. Not only everything commented on previously but also as announced yesterday a concerted assault on union activism. This represents a determined attempt to remove all organized opposition to the type of exploitative capitalism supported by the multi-millionaire members of this increasingly extreme version of conservatism.

THAT ^^^ Everything they do is aimed at hindering the working class, not helping it. Anyone who thinks this government stands for the working man is either an 'I'm alright, Jack' Tory, or as thick as pig sh*t.

Sadly Gazza, the electorate are TAPS (teacher speak for thick as pig s#^t ). They swallowed the Tory lies during the election and we now all will suffer the consequences

It's also interesting to note that since the Tories previous attack on unions and the subsequent decline in union membership the share of profits paid in wages has fallen. The post war percentage was fairly stable at around 60%ish. Since the mid 80's that has fallen to 50%ish. I think that figure also includes the grossly overinflated wages paid to some CEO's. Shareholder value rules ok and as we know, the more that disappears into their backpockets in the form of unearned income the better!
