Better get this one out tonight. Won't be much time tomorrow after the Rolvsoy game.
The Magpies come hunting for gold, Three points to pinch, if they're bold. As they've two games in hand It's a match we must command ! .........................................................
I will decide the Rolvsoy limerick winner on Friday who will be the judge for this one. Cheers all.
Edit:- Amongst his many other tasks this weekend your judge is Macca. The fortunes of being brilliant.

I will decide the Rolvsoy limerick winner on Friday who will be the judge for this one. Cheers all. Edit:- Amongst his many other tasks this weekend your judge is Macca. The fortunes of being brilliant. A cross I have to bear, Lennie . Still plenty of time for those who haven't yet entered to do so! With a Match Report to write following the Chorley game, and Rolvsoy's match the following morning to cover, I shall delay announcing a winner until later on Sunday...

Time for a decision, Macca (Honorary Blackpool Senior Seasider).
I know you have your hands full with Norwegian tweeting today. No pressure as we have all week before the Hyde match in preparation.
Enjoy your visit to New Mills - in the hills - full of thrills.

Right, then... Norwegian duties now discharged, so here are the votes from the Macc Jury. In joint-third place: Ceefer, with the depressingly prophetic 'Don't wait 'til half-time for them to be told...' (by which time, it was, of course too late - given that County simply hadn't turned up to the match at all); and Lennie, for his topically, but alas hopelessly, optimistic 'Like Walking Football, let's hope it is strolled.' Eppers takes the Silver Medal for his sadly spot-on, post-match observation that 'I fear end-of-season-itis is taking hold.' Ah, well - there's always next year... for County, of course, rather than for Eppers, on whom further limericking glory will surely be bestowed many more times in 2015! But let's end on a high, and round off Rolvsoy's tour of Stockport with a win for... Gazza, whose dream 'To tempt more Norwegian fans into the fold!' may well be coming true! The tourists greatly enjoyed the EP atmosphere - if not County's football - yesterday, and, having chatted with a number of them today, I reckon that Jarkko will be joined by a good number of his players in following our fortunes from afar. So, Judge Gazneck, the robes are yours... Thanks to everyone for entering, and, as ever, to Sir Len for keeping us rhyming.

Cheers a lot "Macca Senior Seasider". Much appreciated given all your your extra duties recently.
It's been a busy limericking (and footballing week) so thanks to all for taking part and keeping us going, even if the results are dropping off.
Congrats to podium visitors and well done Gazza with the win.
Be warned, he will be on your case before during and after the next limerick. Hyde thread coming asap.

Cheers, Macc - very pleased with silver - and your prediction!
Well played ceefer and len and especially gazza. You've got to be in it to win it (or at least guarantee a place on the podium!)

Thanks very much, Maccy! Low on entries but not content, any one of which could easily have won, so I'm chuffed with that! Cheers as always to Lennie. Bring on the Hyde game...... "ORDAAHHH!......."
