This could be the shortest thread ever or it could run and run...
Age: 44 Weight: 107.2kg Fitness: Terrible.
Just been down to a training session with my "former" team.
Mrs says I will never play again. At the moment I agree.
Watch this space...

Last summer I tore my hamstring and couldn't do any form of exercise at all
Age: 42 Weight 107.5kg Fitness: just no...
Queue no reduction in food intake but a marked increase in exercise.
Result 12 kg lost - the equivalent of 6 2 litre bottles of pop.
Managed to keep it all off for 6 months now.
Go for it Downy

Well done Dudds. remarkable weight lost.
I've gone from 92Kg to 88Kg from walking the dog twice a day and walking football twice a week. Everything i had put on over last winter.

Very good, all the lads were pleased to see me again (I think!), managed to use both feet, stuck in a few tackles and scored one goal.
The trouble was I was blowing out my arse in the warm up!

Are you going to give it a proper go then?

I'm just going training to get myself fit at first. Never say never but the missus is adamant that I shouldn't play again.

What's happening with the quotes!? Sorted it, mate. You had left 'quoteo' in one of your quotation tags.
