Here's a quirky one that I was after for some time, but they're so difficult to find without what is called 'tea-staining', which turns the disc brown in colour due to oxidisation. It's said that this only occurs in faulty production runs. I managed to find a decent copy recently, so here it is:

I won't bore everyone with more photos, but my latest addition arrived today - 'Generic Engineering' 12" single by the geniuses known as Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark. That's what it says on the label, and besides, I have never really liked that lazy 'OMD' title anyway! It's in absolute mint condition and sounds like it was pressed only yesterday! Saw them at the Free Trade Hall years ago. It only really got going second half when a few ladies in the audience got up and started dancing.

GENETIC ffs - I bloody hate smartphones. There's nothing 'generic' about Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark!

Arctic Monkeys at Hillsborough Park on Saturday night were fantastic. Great weather, great set list and a brilliant family night out. My 13 year old son and 16 year old daughter knew all the words to just about every song. We got home at 12.30 and then up at 6.30 to take my son to an all day ice hockey tournament. Bad timing, but they played well and I was one of the 2 announcers so I got to inflict my playlist on the crowd during stops in play and between games - including Mardy Bum and Don't sit down cause I've move your chair. Good times.

Sorry I don't know, I did look at one a few years ago but it doesn't seem to be listed anymore. It might be worth asking at your local vinyl record shop as they probably use one or something similar.

Cheers, Ceef, I might just do that. Another option is to ask one or two of the sellers I use on Discogs, as some of those are surely bound to know.
Cheers, mate.

As you say, someone on discogs will have a view That's what I'm using at the moment, mate, both from Spincare, but I also use a velvet brush. Once clean they seem to be dust free for subsequent plays, as I always store them in anti-static inners, also from Spincare. While you're there, mate. I asked Maccy this question a short time ago and although he didn't know, he says that it looked the best way to him. I'll put it to you too, so here goes! I always store my picture sleeves in decent grade plastic sleeves, with the vinyl in anti-static inners, also stored inside the plastic sleeve but outside the record sleeve against the rear so as not to damage the sleeve - is this the correct way to keep your vinyl and picture sleeves in the best possible condition? Cheers in advance for any advice, mate.
