The Duke of Gloucester was Richard the Third ! So this weekend - what is the word ? A good thrashing of course Or their "kingdom for a horse" ? ...............................................................
As Richard would say "I have a hunch that this should be a good competition". Sir Roger is your "Limerick King" for this week. And for a prize................................................. how about a "Sleep over in Leicester".

Before we even start on the last lines, Len, that is a fantastic limerick! I just hope we can produce rhymes worthy of it!

I do try to be different each week. Thanks. Gloucester was difficult enough to work on last year. We need to change leagues every year just to give me new fuel to light the fire. Have some fun with it.
