Great news! Hopefully he's as good as the potential City and Wolves saw in him!
Not impressed with that dodgiest of all headlines though...!

Murray didn't appear to do a great deal on Saturday, but, to be fair, only featured in the second half - when a number of other changes had also been made.
He certainly boasts a decent pedigree, and Lordy's own track record in identifying young players with the right potential should mean that the right call has been made to sign him. Look forward to seeing what he can offer!

sounds promising. as he said that an injury ruined his chances at wolves, i expect that he's looking to prove himself and move up as quickly as he can. if he's hungry and can improve us in midfield, i have no problem with that.

Same. Id be happy enough if he was a Rhys Turner character. Have a great first half of the season and move on in January.
It'd be nice to get a bit more longevity out of some players but it's the sad reality of where we are that we just have to hope the short stays are fruitful!

I think Lordy has made some shrewd signings during the summer. Players who will seemingly do a job but aren't part of that whole non-league pin-up scene - players who enjoy semi-celebrity status and the wages to go with it. He's been quiet and efficient in his transfer dealings and, hopefully, this new batch of talent will do the job for him on the field.
I'm a lot more hopeful for a half decent season than I was last year.

But will these players run through brick walls?

Agreed Sagey! I have been impressed with Lordy's resolve to get the right guy. In a lot of cases the best player isn't the right player.
A team of egos such as Nolan, Newton, Tunnicliffe etc will always fail if there is no team work! I feel Lordy has truly instilled the ethics of hard work and team work into his signings and we are a much better side for it.
