Got to say it...
It will never seem right seeing Jim in the opposite dugout.
Milligan looked decent, but I said that about my brief look at Craney. I'm reserving judgement until I've seen how composed he is with a couple of hungry conference north midfielders hunting him down for 90 mins.
Woolfe stood out too on those highlights, but again, I've been here before!
The quality of the editing really is getting better all the time, so a huge pat on the back for Dan the man, superb stuff, mate!

i appreciate it's only (very well produced) highlights, but i thought there were some bright bits of play from us in there, and some good link-ups already forming already so early in pre-season. woolfe in particular looked really positive every time he was on the ball. cheers for posting gazz.

Thanks for posting.
Looked pretty good from the highlights. We seem to be playing it down the wings, where we have a bit of pace. Our strikers need to find their range pretty quickly, though. A lot of the good openings ended up with shots way off target.
Agred that Woolfe looked good. I can see him winning a lot of free kicks for us this season!

I have grown to hate pre-season friendlies in recent years, they give as much of an indication of the quality of our squad as a game of Piñata!
I am taking nothing from them or the results this time around, in fact the only game I'm going to before the big kick off is Flynny's, and that's it.
5-0 or 0-5, they mean nothing to me anymore. I've seen too many false dawns since coming out of admin.

Jim Gannon will be very unhappy at conceding a goal like that from a corner considering how much time he spent working on set pieces!
