Quality all over the pitch there, with Collar, MSH and Madden in particular standing out.
Going off those highlights, I can't argue with Collar as MotM, but Madden's overall play is top drawer. His distribution and build-up play is brilliant to watch.
The difference in Collar and MSH since DC came in is there for all to see. I make no secret of the fact that MSH is my favourite player right now.
He's always had the talent and always stood out for me, and he's surely always believed in himself, but it's hard to show it to your full potential when the style of play doesn't allow you to express yourself.
This is where DC has excelled most for me, he's shaping this team to play to the strength of the players he's got, rather than trying to force them to play to a style that doesn't suit them. Because of this, MSH, among others has really started to flourish and be even better.
You could hear DC from the touchline against Bolton shouting at him: "MACCA....MACCA ... TAKE HIM ON ....BACK YOURSELF!", so there's no doubting - for me anyway - who has given him (and Collar) the confidence to show the quality that we're seeing from them.
I'm going to stick my neck out here - keep everyone fit and we're going up this season.
On another note, you could hear the Alty stadium announcer wishing County all the best for the rest of the season after the full-time whistle, which I think shows real class. Hats off to the guy and I would like to wish Alty all the best for the rest of their season.

Hats off to the guy and I would like to wish Alty all the best for the rest of their season. Always found Alty to be a totally decent club from my own contact with their supporters, media guys and officials - and I think that is also reflected by the fact that, despite our geographical proximity and, in recent years, greater frequency of matches, there has been a notable lack of needle with them. Fair play to them - and, like you, Gazz, I hope they do well for the remainder of the campaign.

Another comfortable win, another bag of goals shared around the squad: all to the good, but... Another centre-half - keeper mix up almost lead to the opening goal for Alty, yes Hogan clears off the line and yes we go up and score but surely the keeper should be shouting AWAY!!!! Or shouting for the CH (Kitching I think, happy to be corrected though) to head it back to the keeper. Either way, the CH should take ownership of the ball but again there's a mix-up which results in the GK coming way out of the box and then being horribly out of position as they shoot. This reminds me of County a la 1993 and 1994 - you knew that Big Kev and Andy Preece were going to get goals but in spite of the quality County had at the back it always seemed a bit creaky. I remember thinking back then I'd happily give up a couple of 5-0 thrashings if we could just keep a clean sheet or two.. PS Will Collar was fantastic from what I could see. His layoff for the first goal came after he literally ran box to box and then to have the presence of mind, awareness and technique to volley across goal was really special. Comeback player of the year for me so far.

Agree with that assessment. Although we were by far the better team, Hogan's clearance was pretty pivotal to the evening, as an Alty goal at that stage could have seen a rather different game unfurl. It was a poor mix-up between Hinchliffe and Kitching, although both rarely let us down - so their credit remains good. And you can bet that DC will have got them working at their next training sesh on avoiding any repetition!

Pure class from the Altrincham tannoy at the end of the match.
Good luck to them and hope they get a decent points haul and take points off our rivals.

Madden seems to be the engine room of the team and seems fully recovered from covid (think he struggled for a few months).
The work rate across the team looks re-invigorated and they appear to know each other's game much better than before. Goals from all over the squad is a huge bonus.

I agree with all of that, Lennie, especially regarding Madden - his vision is a class above.
