Really is night and day compared to what we used to receive in communications. Not only has it come over as a class act on arriving, but the presentation of the club throughout this COVID-19 period has been fantastic - NHS, supporter engagement and so on.

Very impressive statement from the club. In an ideal world that’s the absolute fairest thing to happen but equally, in the current circumstances with revenue streams for the next 12-24 months far from certain, you probably wouldn’t blame clubs like County for keeping hold of vital cash and not refunding season tickets bought last year.

Just as a thought... and further to the brilliant gesture from the club... there will undoubtedly be some fans who have ‘written off’ the cash, weren’t expecting a refund from their season ticket at all, and are in the fortunate position to not *need* a refund.
I think it would be a good idea for the club to offer to option to those who have purchased season tickets to elect to either receive a cash refund, or have their refund contributed to tickets for kids/schools once we are able to return to EP.
It would only be a small gesture for some but could be easily done meaning the club can keep hold of some cash for now and more youngsters would get the opportunity to be bitten by the County bug in the near future.
I feel with our new owners we will see plenty of ticket initiatives over the next few years to really try and grow our fanbase and propel us up into the Football League and hopefully beyond, so here may be a good place to start.
I accept that us as County fans have done more than our fair share over the last 15 years with the owners we have had, but with new owners should come a clean slate. So far, I think we have all been pretty content with how they have gone about their business - and as with anything, this relationship is a two way street - what better way to demonstrate our willingness and support for their project in seeing County returned to our former glory?

Completely agree, GTS, the communication has been outstanding and we seem to be kept abreast of any news as it happens.
Moreover, this new board actually seems to have a plan moving forward, I am in no way being critical of the old board but by their own admission they weren't multi-millionaire big business owners, they were local business owners and fans and did the best they could in a position they didn't even want but you can tell the difference immediately when hearing the new guys speak, they clearly have a defined plan and they've not shyed away from the fact that the fans getting on-board the sooner the better is absolutely crucial.
