From the York radio commentary there first half MoM - my vote goes to Stephenson.

Guy Mowbray tweeted at HT to say DS was by far the best on the field.

Stephenson was definitely our best prospect in the first half, but Heaven knows what was in his tea at half-time as he re-emerged a different player - giving the ball away, and looking so generally lacklustre that he was replaced before the hour.
Not a good team performance all round, alas. So - Hinchliffe gets the nod from me, for at least keeping us in the contest with his penalty save. He also made two or three decent stop after the break - and had no chance with the goal, either.

Am I totally off the mark in thinking that was Hinchliffe's first penalty save for us?

Not that widely, H. But he has kept out at least one before - against Gloucester at Cheltenham a couple of seasons ago - that I can recall.

Hang on, have remembered another - also from 2016/17, when Ben saved a late spot-kick at StalyVegas!

Cheers, Maccy. Ormson must have one of the best records in that regard, I guess.
