Minhan also for me Herm... he was on fire ... and whatever he had for breakfast certainly did the trick. A close second is Turbull, well taken goal and a good partnership with Sam Walker.
Back to my apache chillis.... they are hot....

Two assists and a fantastic strike for a goal by Turnbull make the skipper my choice - although, as others say, Minihan and Walker were superb, too. And I would add Mulhern, Warburton and Stephenson to the contenders. In fact, the whole lot of 'em turned in at least above-average performances - including Hinchliffe, who only touched the ball on three occasions of note, but made a save on each occasion!

thought hinchliffe had an important part to play with two very good saves in the first half -one after he'd appeared to have gone awol- when the result was still in the balance. he's going to be a big difference-maker again this season because he gives us a platform. i'm giving it to stephenson though. wasn't supremely brilliant or anything, but it's the first time i've seen him start a game and look a cohesive part of a team performance - normally it's just been cameos. it's good to see.

Bully for me. There were lots of good performances but Turnbull lead by example and capped off a great afternoons work with a stunning goal

A captain's performance wins it for Turnbull.
Thanks for voting.
