Even through we are Part Time doesnt mean we should not still be Professional in everything we do on and off the pitch. Nail on head, mate.

Dead simple:- Swear at the manager and you should be on your bike. Argue in private, shoulders together in a storm. End of !

50 circuits of EP rain or shine plus a fine of 1 weeks wages should do the trick....
Old fashioned discipline works best... bar a flogging....

Ultimately to pick a midfield from Churchman, Moses and Milligan is not much of a choice. that is AL's biggest failing. we missed our forward targets during the summer, we haven't scored a goal yet; but two from three of churchman, moses and milligan is where we've really gone wrong. i probably wouldn't have kept any of them (or platt for that matter who we did release) on after last season. i don't see what AL thinks that any combination of them brings. moses is too slow and his passing is poor. milligan needs time on the ball and we saw all last season that you don't get that in this division. churchman at least runs about a lot, but not much more. forget dropping him - rent him a car with a full tank of fuel and tell him to drive himself and his central midfield colleagues until they hit the sea. guiseley just got about us in midfield last night, and that was the platform to win them the game. i've had to say it many times over recent years, but beaten by a team marshalled in the middle by danny f***ing boshell?!? just another measure of our descent.
