Was a difficult one to watch Ill be honest. it was hard to see Al look completely deflated and out of ideas. When he did shout out instructions he was ignored. And the big thing for me was Chris Churchmans attitude, frankly it stinks. He just looks like a moody teenager who thinks hes made it. He turned round to lord last night and told him to F- Off last night which is totally disrespectful and I hope he is dropped next game.
Oh well poor game but onto tamworth on saturday

If that's true about Churchman, Tom, I want him out of this club.
This is what can happen when you haven't got any decent replacements in your squad, some players feel that no matter how badly they play, they'll still get picked. Then when the manager questions their performance they act like this.

I missed that Tom, but agree that it's bang out of order. Churchman was pretty hopeless last night. His passing was really poor. He made Milligan look a million dollars - well, like a hundred quid.
I do think Al was notable by by his absence from the technical area. I was pretty close on the side of the dug outs and didn't see or hear much from him.
Ultimately to pick a midfield from Churchman, Moses and Milligan is not much of a choice.

Drop him completely! Firstly he's s**t anyway!
Gaz Owen, good player and captain and of course became the first ever County player to lift a trophy at Wembley. He called Gannon a c**t and never played for County again!
Wherever you agree with your boss or not you show respect if I told my boss to f**k off I'd be sacked instantly!!

Totally agree with this, if I ever had the balls to tell my Sunday league manager to f*** off, I would have never played for them again so for a part time pro to do it is totally unacceptable.

These kids just don't know how privileged they are, what a fantastic opportunity they have I'd have done nearly anything to be good enough to play pro or semi pro football

Stick him picking up litter in the streets of Stockport! This is absolutely no disrespect to the people who actually do that job! They work a damn sight harder than I do but an honest days work seeing what life is like without the luxury of getting paid to knock a bag of air around (poorly I might add!)

Stand him in the naughty corner with his hands on his head! I personally wouldn't get him out the door for saying that to Lordy, People say things in the heat of the moment especially in sport and even more so when you are losing or playing poor.
Yes drop him for the next game or 2 and make him work hard to get back in the squad to show an example to the others to give respect when respect is due but dont sack him.

Don't let him go to the hairdressers for 2 weeks and confiscate his mirror. That should do the trick.

Sorry, mate, I disagree. He should know better. To make it even as a semi-pro takes some level of discipline and respect, and if Tom heard him correctly, then he showed a complete lack of that last night. There's no excusing that behaviour, youngster or not. All it takes is one player to start disrespecting Alan and getting away with it, then you're in real danger of a complete breakdown in authority between Manager and players. If he won't sack him he should stick him with the development squad. What message is that sending, not only to his teammates, but also to the opposition and our own supporters. Actually, forget the development squad, f**k him off, lads like him are ten a penny. We should know, we've had most of them at this club since coming out of admin!

Unfortunately it has been something that has been lacking from through the whole club since 2015 took over. And its the word Professional.
Even through we are Part Time doesnt mean we should not still be Professional in everything we do on and off the pitch.
The Lad for me should be fined Two Weeks wage and told not to come anywhere near the club for two weeks as he wont be selected. Thats if AL feels he does have something to give the squad if not then just show him the door and basically tell the rest of the squad that any of them can join him.
P.s Who has replaced RW or his he still the one running out on the pitch with the sponge and spray. Not seen anything mentioned about this from club or fans.
