Sadly passed away at the age of 98
An actor who played the part of the villain brilliantly.
In the classic 'The Magnificent Seven' he was the leader of the nasty bandits and was nasty too in the superb 'The Good, The Bad & Him'
RIP

Indeed, he was also hilarious in 'Tough Guys' as hitman Leon B. Little, who was hired to take out Burt Lancaster and Kirk Douglas, two train robbers who ended up being jailed for thirty years before he could honour the contract, and subsequently waiting until they got of of jail so he could finish the job!
RIP

I've been reading his autobiography and have just got to the part where he worked with Clint Eastwood.
Gwyneth Paltrow described him as the best actor she's ever worked with. Seemed like a nice guy too.
